Shipping & Delivery
Hair Supply Direct understands the importance of providing fast and reliable shipping services to its customers. We use Australia Post as our primary delivery partner and offer both regular and express shipping options throughout Australia, as well as to some international destinations.

For customers within Australia, regular shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. All delivery timeframes are from the date of dispatch, and they may vary depending on the location.

If Australia Post has a problem with the delivery of your package (such as it being lost or not being delivered), we can file an enquiry to investigate the situation. If your item is determined to be lost or stolen after our enquiry by Australia Post, we will send out a replacement immediately.

Bulk Buying

Some of the products on our website have quantity restrictions. If you wish to purchase a particular product in bulk (10 or more), please contact one of our stores directly and we can discuss options to decrease shipping costs.

Click and Collect

We offer click and collect at both our stores in South Yarra and Ferntree Gully. Please select which store you would like to pick up your order from in the check out. Once your order is ready to be collected you will receive a notification via email or phone.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping on almost all of our products. Please contact us before ordering to obtain a quote for international shipping. All international orders must be approved before purchase.

Hair Supply Direct is not responsible for any shipping costs including but not limited to shipping tax, importation tax, or customs clearance.

Returns
In addition to providing quality shipping services, Hair Supply Direct also offers a hassle-free returns policy. Customers are able to return their orders within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has not been used. This allows customers to shop with confidence, knowing that if they change their mind or if a product does not meet their expectations, they can easily return it for a refund or exchange.

It's important to note that the company's returns policy only applies to products that are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product, and the company recommends using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned item.

For refunds, you will be notified via email once it has been handled on our end. Then, depending on your bank, it will take 2–5 business days to process into your account. We advise getting in touch with your bank or the merchant (such as Afterpay) immediately if it takes any longer.

Please note that due to health and safety, no refund applies to hair extensions, nail supplies, hair brushes and false eyelashes.
